MSL Presents--A Question of Law host Constance Rudneck and guests discuss the past issue of Supreme Court justice Scalia and his hearing a case involving a friend, the vice president of the united states, Richard Cheney.  this example is broadened to inquire about judicial ethics in general and what standards exist or should exist to regulate judges.
